Ralph is a key member of the Manvest Inc. team at Mancal, bringing extensive experience in investment banking, corporate development and strategy, private equity and venture capital.

A divergent thinker with a global network, he has played an instrumental role in expanding the private capital portfolio by identifying and advancing both traditional and emerging global investments. Ralph adds value to portfolio companies through deep industry knowledge and rigorous analysis.

Prior to joining Mancal, Ralph was an investment professional at a leading Pan-Asian private equity firm focused on mid-market growth capital and infrastructure.

He also held cross-border M&A advisory roles in investment banking with BDA Partners, in partnership with William Blair and the Development Bank of Japan. His earlier career includes corporate development and strategy positions at Teekay (NYSE: TK) and Caracal Energy (LSE: CRCL, acquired by Glencore in 2014).

Ralph holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance from the University of Calgary. He currently serves as a board member of EMP Belstar Superfreeze Group Holdings and as a board observer for Nautilus Data Technologies.
