Patrick Briscoe

Patrick has built a successful career in real estate, leading residential developments and private investment initiatives across Alberta. He has overseen the development of more than 1,000 single-family lots and over 700 multi-family units, managing projects from acquisition through construction, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining Mancal in 2022, Patrick was Vice President, Developments at Graywood Developments, where he was responsible for the company’s real estate portfolio in Calgary.

Patrick holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Calgary, and he completed the PLD eMBA program at Harvard Business School.
