Julian is a fourth generation Owner and President continuing to grow and build upon the foundation and legacy established over 125 years ago.

The Mancal Group has designated operating companies in core industries (Energy, Real Estate, Coal, Private Equity, Portfolio Management). With an opportunistic global outlook and a focus on Western Canada, Mancal’s commitment remains steadfast on the development of our areas of expertise.

He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University’s Bachelor of Business Administration program with a major in Management as well as the Harvard School of Business Owner / President Management Program.

Julian also lends his knowledge as a Board Member on the Carthy Foundation, their private family initiative supporting national and regional charities.
