Erick brings over 30 years of financial and operational experience across both the public and private sectors, developed through progressive roles at PwC, Paramount Resources, and more than 19 years with the Mancal Group of Companies.

His deep expertise in finance, treasury management and business valuations plays a critical role in shaping Mancal’s strategic direction and supporting its continued growth. Over the course of his career, Erick has built a reputation for disciplined financial stewardship, operational rigour and strong leadership.

Erick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta and is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) as well as a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV). These credentials, combined with his sharp analytical capabilities, diligence, and sound business judgment, make him an essential member of the executive team.

As Treasurer, Erick leads the management of Mancal’s finances, investments, and treasury operations, contributing significantly to the company’s long-term stability and success.
