Andrew Grasby

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Andrew joined Mancal as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2022.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and securities law, and has served as an officer and director of numerous public, private, and not-for-profit organizations.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Calgary, as well as a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA from Dalhousie University. He is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of England and Wales. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
