Rick P. Geol., holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Geology from the University of Alberta and brings over 30 years of experience in the energy sector.

Prior to joining Mancal in 2023 as Vice President, Exploration, Rick held senior leadership roles, including Co-founder and VP of Exploration at Grid Resources, Mosaic Energy and Apogee Petroleum.

He played a key role in driving exploration strategy, asset development and organizational growth, which contributed to the successful sale of each company.

Rick’s deep technical expertise, entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record of value creation continue to support Mancal’s long-term exploration and development objectives.
