As Director of Construction at Mancal Properties Inc., Padraic Warde brings a sharp eye for detail, a pragmatic approach to project delivery and a deep commitment to quality and efficiency. Based in Calgary, Padraic oversees the execution of complex development initiatives, including high-profile projects like the Gryphon Marda Loop and the Currie Residential developments.

Outside of his core responsibilities, Padraic has been recognized for his leadership in the industry, having been invited to participate in CIO Views’ “5 Most Influential Construction Leaders to Follow in 2025”.

Padraic is a graduate of the Institute of Technology, Sligo, Ireland with a BSc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
