Andrew D. Grasby
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Grasby joined Mancal as General Counsel
and Corporate Secretary in March 2022. He
has more than 30 years of experience in
corporate, commercial and securities law and
has served as an officer and director of
numerous public, private and not for profit
entities. Mr. Grasby holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree majoring in Accounting from
the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of
Laws degree and an MBA from Dalhousie
University. He is a member of the Law Society
of Alberta and the Law Society of England and
Wales. In addition, Mr. Grasby is a Chartered
Financial Analyst and a member of the Institute
of Corporate Directors (ICD.D).
